Hey guys,
Is there a way to integrate Dropbox into Shopify so that customers can upload files (files from 50mb up to about 2gb) directly into our company Dropbox when they make an order?
Thanks!
Main issue: Enable customers to upload large files (about 50 MB–2 GB) during Shopify checkout directly to a company Dropbox.
Current capability: Shopify does not support automatic transfer of customer-uploaded files to Dropbox during checkout.
Suggested solutions:
Status/outcome: No built-in or direct Dropbox integration confirmed. A practical path is app-based uploads plus a Zapier automation for Dropbox syncing. Discussion remains open pending the merchant’s specific needs and app evaluation.

Hi @luiscoles ,
Excellent question. I’d love to share some solutions with you.
Are you looking to offer customers the option to upload images with their order directly so you can use it while fulfilling the order? If yes, while they can’t automatically transfer with your DropBox account, a few options are still available.
Uploadery app lets your customers upload high-resolution images and large files during their purchase. Once the order is complete, the attachment is visible on each order page within Shopify admin. There are a lot of similar apps available on our App Store. Feel free to check them out!
In case it’s essential for you to sync those files to your Dropbox, I’d suggest looking into Zapier integration possibilities.
I’m curious to learn more about your store and what type of products or services you’ll offer. Just so you know, we are not only here to help out with tricky technical questions but also to help you grow your business and provide marketing tips, so if you have any questions, just shout!
