How can customers upload images and information for product reviews?

I need to allow customers/logged in users to be able to upload images and information for me to review as products. How can I do such a thing?

You can use an app like Judge.me to let buyers review products from their email.

But I want to allow my users to upload their products/images to their logged in site and then we have to accept/reject. Is there a way to allow users to upload images with information?
