I sell customized embroidery items. The products include photos of the customers pets. How do I create a page/section where a customer can download their photo with their order request?

Can you share your store url
I do not have a store url yet. I watched the Shopify webinar and didn’t see any avenue allowing the customer to be able to forward a photo when their order is placed, That photo is part of the product I produce. I did get referred to a third party expert. He can add that feature for $150 but I would need an upgraded plan. Its not feasible for my little start up. So I guess you answered my question as best you could but the answer isn’t workable right now.
