Im not sure if this is a question for here,
We are a florist and have had issues related to flowers being delivered and then the customer said they where not.
Is there apps in Shopify that allowed the delivery drivers to take an image of the delivery at the door and upload to confirm that they were indeed delivered.

Personally, I don’t recall a public Shopify app that allows drivers to upload photos. The closest app I am aware of is Proofer Proof Management, where one manually upload order-related images/docs.

Im not sure what app does that however if your customers are saying they aren’t getting their product you can try using Shipinsure app, it will cover the refund, type of shipping insurance app.
How are drivers notified of a new order delivery, what shipping methods do you use?
