Pay by Bank is now available for Stripe UK merchants and you can use this solution to accept payments via Stripe and Pay by Bank.

If you want Direct Debit in the UK, you will have to use a third-party provider such as GoCardless. Can use apps or custom checkout flows (integrates with Shopify) If you can live with that then manual payments for Bacs Direct Debit are another option, requiring the confirmation of orders and tracking manually.
