We have switched to Shopify from Square and are now using the Wisepad 3 to process payments. Unfortunately EFTPOS only (ie not linked to Visa or MasterCard) bank cards are not accepted. I am in Australia. How do I fix this? We are loosing regular customers because I can’t take their payments.
We are experiencing the same issue, unfortunately we have not found a solution yet either. It’s terrible having to turn customers away because their payment is not accepted. Hopefully there is a fix!
