Does Shopify have any plans to provide “excluded products” data through the API? We’re using a 3rd party search tool (Boost AI Search & Discovery) and are unable to access this setting through their app. The result is that customers in other markets will still see products unavailable to them.
That would be depending on the app if they are implementing the Shopify Market to their app. I think you can try this one to see if it is supported https://apps.shopify.com/ultimate-search-and-filter-1
The thing is that it doesn’t depend on the app. The markets function has to be available in the API for a 3rd party app to access and use it.
What I am wondering is if someone from Shopify can definitively answer whether or not the API can call variables related to Markets. If it can, then I can at least go back to our current app developer and press them to integrate, but I’d like to hope they’re being honest with me when they say it’s not an available variable to call.
I confirm that that Sobooster search & filter app does support Include & Exclude products feature in Shopify Markets. It automatically syncs with Shopify Markets.
