How do I access this free 60 minute design time that is available? There are Four 15 minute optimisations I want to access on my shop but I have no idea how to request this work be done? Any ideas?

Hi I am trying to have a few things on my website that don’t exist in my theme but are available as theme customisations and quoted as 15 minutes each in a section on Help which says all paying Shopify customers are entitle to 60 minutes of programming support. I have four requirements that are quoted at 15 minutes each on the Help page under Theme customisations but the Help text does not tell you how you can access Theme support to do it you get caught in an endless cycle of Help pages telling you the same thing but not how to actually do it

I love that you’re taking advantage of Shopify’s design time! You can access design time by reaching out to our live advisors. They will take note of what you are requesting and escalate the request to our Theme Specialists. It’s as easy as that! Once the work is complete our team will let you know via email.
To speak with our live advisors please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ You will then see the available support options. Please note, in order to qualify for design time your theme needs to be Shopify developed.
In the meantime, I’d love for you to provide your store’s domain so I can take a look and see what additional support I can provide!
Skye - thank you for replying to me. You gave me what looked like helpful instructions but when I followed your link to the Help Centre I was already logged in. I then was asked to choose my active store (www.secretgardendistillery.co.uk) which I did and then got onto a page 3. Choose Topic so couldn’t see how to do what you suggested I do??? Our theme is a Shopify developed one btw.
