Just to gather some additional context, did you make a purchase from an online store? Or, did you receive an order as a store owner?
If you have recently made a purchase from an online store, you should shortly after receive an order confirmation email. I would suggest checking your spam or junk folder to see if it is there. If you are unable to locate the order confirmation email, it would be best to reach out to the business. As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, it would be best to reach out to the business you made the purchase from as they would be in the best position to provide you with additional information regarding your order. Typically, the online store will have a Contact Us page link towards the footer of the store.
