Hi, I really need some help because when Shopify asked me to add 2fa I didn’t realise and I didn’t add the Authentication app or save the codes and now I can’t login to my website without doing the authentication plz help. My email is kacperowskin06@gmail.com

If you do not have access to your recovery codes or the authentication app, then please check the below point;
- Check your downloads’ folder for a file named “shopify_recovery_codes” just in case they were downloaded without you knowing.
If you still cannot locate the recovery codes, then you will need to reach out to our live support here at this link so that our accounts team can help you regain access. Let me know how that goes!
that’s doesn’t work as I have to loggin to my accout which I can’t as I cant access the authentication that’s why I am on a different account. Would you be able to like reset it on my other account because that’s where I made my website and it’s taking money from me but I can’t access it

I am unable to log in to my account due to an 2FA issue. I do not have the authenticator app, nor do I have the recovery codes saved anywhere in order to regain access.
