You’ll need to install a Shopify app specific for this. Your mobile app would POST orders into Shopify using the app as a bridge. The Shopify app would also provide endpoint URLs to fetch products, save customer details and so on.
You can make your own Private app and have a developer help. Shopify Partners can create custom apps and just send you an install link.
