I understand you’re looking to activate Bancontact so customers can use the app to make purchases on your store. Rest assured, I’ll share any requirements, steps and resources below to ensure this is set up for you.
In order to enable Bancontact on your store, you’ll need to use Shopify Payments. Bancontact only works when Shopify Payments is active and will not work if Shopify Payments is in test mode. You can learn more about how to setup Shopify Payments here.
If you have any conflicting additional payment gateways you must deactivate them before enabling Bancontact. For more information on how Bancontact integrates with Shopify, I’ll share our help center resource** here.**
