A PayPal account status of inactive usually indicates that the account has not been fully activated or set up for use within your online store. Have you completed the steps listed in the guide below to set up PayPal as a payment gateway?
To activate Paypal, your store’s country must match the one set for your Paypal account. You can update your store’s country from the Store details settings page in Shopify.
Don’t forget that you can eliminate your transaction fees with us by adding Shopify Payments as a gateway (if supported in your country) option for your customers as well.

thank you for reply. your tips not work, i not can activate my Paypal in payments. But Shopify get paid from me every month with PAYPAL.
