I have Buss P account and its still not working.

I appreciate the video that you have added as that is very helpful! Looking into this, I can see that you are wanting to activate the PayPal gateway on your online store. That is a great way to offer more payment methods to allow your customers to complete their purchases.
By any chance, have you attempted to clear the cache on your browser to see if that does the trick? If the issue persists after you have cleared the cache, I would suggest trying this action on a separate browser. For example, if you are using Safari - try to activate the PayPal gateway on Google Chrome.
