How can I add a background image to sections in the Impact Theme?

Dear Shopify professionals,

I am creating a Shopify store in the theme Impact, but now I want to make some sections (header, Text with Icons, Count Up part and Footer with a background image. For this theme there is no option for that beside doing it by code, I look on YouTube but some reason it wont work. Would someone be able to help me out, I would be cratefull forever.
