How can I add a background video to the Debutify theme slideshow?

Hi, everyone.

I am using the Debutify theme in my store, I want to add a background video to the slideshow, but when I go to Edit code >> go to Assets, to add/upload the video Shopify doesn’t accept video.

I always use the same method to add the video.

I am facing this problem for the first time.

Please :folded_hands: let me know what is the solution to this problem?

Have you bought a Shopify plan or not?

Can you share the store link?

No, not yet.

You cannot add a video in trial.

I know that we can’t upload in the trail, I am not uploading in files, I am uploading the video in the assets section.

It is clearly mentioned in the screenshot that you posted, which file types are allowed.

facing the same issue , i used to upload video previously but now all of a suddenly it isn’t accepting video formats. i have contacted debutify support, lets see if i get a solution

Have you tried to upload it to the files tab in settings section of admin dashboard?
