How can I add a 'Book Appointment' button to my website header?

Hi i would like to add a “Book Appointment” button in the header on the right hand side that links to an external booking system. I want to keep my drop down menu but would like this new button to be a constant in the header.

Im using the Dawn theme

I’ve been following along and this worked great, just two more questions, is there a way to edit the color and shape and size of the button? and how do I make it so the link opens up a new tab so people don’t lose my website?
