How can I add a carousel or slider to a multicolumn section in the Whisk theme?

I am working inside the Whisk theme and am trying to make a multicolumn section into a carousel or have the ability to scroll (similar to how the featured collection section has the arrow to scroll). I am using this multicolumn for testimonials and would be great to have the ability to add more than the allotted quantity. Is there custom CSS I can add to make this happen? If not, can anyone recommend a good (preferably free) testimonial slider app plugin?

Thanks so much in advance! Been trying to figure this out with no luck!
