When the customer receives the “confirmation” email through Shopify, we would like to also have our company store email be automatically copied on that confirmation email.
We have several instances of a client claiming they never received the email or cannot locate it. So we would like to have direct email record of the confirmation message being delivered.
Please provide steps or options to add this feature.
