How can I add a city dropdown list to resolve address error issues?

There are many customers contacting us regarding this Error while there were trying to put their address “ This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again. “

really I can’t understand how the shopify address’s working !

even if they write their address true without any mistake they got this message !!

is there anyway to let them choose their city from dropdown list ?

because of this issue I have too much abounded cart .

Hi @Hasanalkhabbaz ,
You didn’t created shipping profile for the ‘rest of world’ or the country your customers are from, so due to this it will showing that ‘This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered’, It means the shipping is not available the specific address you eneterd.
