How can I add a clickable link to open a chat window in Shopify?

You used to be able to link an open Shopify Chat window by adding “?show_chat” at the end of the URL.

This doesn’t seem to work anymore - how can you add a clickable link to open the Shopify Chat window on the page?

I used to be able to have this link and it worked fine, it stopped working as of last week I think.

No I already have Shopify Inbox, the problem I’m facing is to click a button to open such chat box
