How can I add a clickable title card below flip cards on an Advent Calendar?

Hello all,

I would like to find out how to add title card below these flip cards on an Advent Calendar.

I would like to design it like the image below, but I do not know how to implement the HTML/CSS to make it possible.

Would anyone be able to help add this title card with a clickable link as seen here?

Thank you for your reply and help on this.

Would you know how to ensure that the title card stays above the image? For example, the card on number 2 then gets covered once the card on number 4 is opened, as you can see on the screenshot.

While some cards seem to display over the other card (such as number 24, 11, 21 and 17) the others appear below, making it hard to click a link.

Would you know how to update it so that they all appear above the cards?
