Empire Theme currently does not have a collapsible sidebar menu so everything is shown as a long-winded list.
How can I implement a collapse/toggle function to the sidebar menu?

If the theme does not support it, you need to customize the code for it. It will be a complicated request because you need to change Liquid, CSS and JS. So if you have experience, you can refer to the code at: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_js_sidenav_dropdown
