How can I add a custom .gif cursor to my website?

Hello all,

I want to add a custom cursor to my website. I want it to be .gif that i have already uploaded to the files on my site. I’ve tried a variety of code to make a custom cursor but have not had any luck. If anyone has any ideas on how I could accomplish this, please let me know!

Also, I know that this idea is dated but I am going for an ironic look on my site.

Hey there,

Yes its possible what you need to do is hide the cursor by default and then track the cursor position as it moves on the screen and set your .gif image over there.

It need some java script coding.
