How can I add a custom HTML section to my Universe Theme store?

Hello,

My Shopify store is the Universe Theme and I am trying to add a Custom HTML section that will include text with description. I want the Custom HTML to the right of the section and text with description to the left of the section. So the section will have 2 columns if that makes sense. I’ve tried everything and cannot get it.
