Which theme you are using for your store?
In this case, if your theme does not contain that block, you should add some custom code to make that.
Please share your store url, then we will help you check.
My store is not live yet.
The theme I am using is Dawn.
I just want to make a simple grey box with rounded edges and an icon next to a header with a text.
What could I do to get that onto my product page?
