How can I add a custom table field to all products on a new website?

Hi there!

I am setting up a new shopify website after moving away from wordpress. I would like to add a custom table field to all products. The table should be displayed widely below the whole product section. It should look something like this:

The information could be kept either in metafields or tag’s. Does anyone have any idea how to make this work?
