Hello Everyone!
I have a questions relating to the contact form I’d like to update. I’d like to add a Date Picker/Calendar to it; so that my customers can select a date to submit on the form. It’s for the purpose of booking a table.
https://ladureeireland.com/pages/afternoon-tea is the ;ink to my current form - but I’d like to add the option to choose a date for their visit.
Does anyone have any experience of implementing such a feature on to their contact forms?

Hello Ketan, i have a rental business, i want to add to date pickers to my contact form, so the customer can add a “from” date and a “too” to show how long they want to rent the product. the code you linked worked perfectly for the first one but when i try to add another one it dosnt work, i have tried alot of things but cant seem to find what the issue is. I would greatly appreciate your help.

I have added this date picker to the contact us page as well as to the cart page. But unfortunately, when I receive the contact form email it doesn’t show the date. Can you help, please?

Hi Ketan,
I have added this date picker to my booking page, based on the contact page. Unfortunately, when I receive the e-mail from the contact form, the date doesn’t appear either. Can you please help?
