I am using prestiege theme and use their pop up to offer %10 off for my customer. There is a plain text and button for confirming the subscribtion.
Under the button, I would like to add another text field, with smaller type font and lighter color and write there something as ‘‘by subscribing you are accepting terms and conditions etc’’
In which part of the code should I edit and what should I write to make such change?

The pop-up appears when you open the homepage of the website. If it is not appearing, you can delete the cookies and refresh (this is what I do 
).
