How can I add a drop-down box for necklace length on my products?

I’m looking to add a drop down box or two to my products. I want to add options like the ones pictured but I don’t want it to be a variant because that would make multiples of a one of a kind item. I would like to add necklace length options to my pendants.

I currently run my store with the Minimal theme.
(The example in photo is a non Shopify store, I ran it through a theme checker)

So I wanted to see if this is a possibility. Thank you all in advance!

Your simple solution is using Easify Product Options app to createnecklace length options within the app instead of creating them as Shopify variants. As a result, you can easily set your main product quantity that is a one of a kind item to only 1, without messing up your actual product quantity with variants .
