How can I add a favicon to my online store's theme settings?

I want to add a favicon to my store but the section doesn’t show up at all in my theme settings.

According to others it should be after the search behavior section, but it isn’t there nor anywhere else.

How can I fix this?

@nathshiny18 - if it is not available in settings then you can try by adding using html here

you will need to add this into the theme.liquid file before
