How can I add a filter and sort bar to different pages?

I checked and ‘HALLOWEEN SPECIAL’ is a page, not a collection, so you can’t create a filter for it.

You just need to create collection ‘HALLOWEEN SPECIAl’ and add products, it will display fine. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/collections/manual-shopify-collection#create-a-manual-collection
