How can I add a 'Follow Us' column to my website footer?

I’m using the debut theme and I want to add a ‘Follow Us’ column to my footer with my social media icons grouped together so they are more visible for customers to see.

Here is what my icons look like currently (sitting at the bottom of the footer):

Here is an example of what I want the layout to look like (In line with other columns in the footer):

I would really appreciate it if someone could reply with the code I will need to paste in to get a similar result.
