Does anyone know how to add the “Get support” button on the ellipsis menu? I’ve tried looking for it on AppBridge, but couldn’t found anything. Is it configured on the app setup? Did I miss something?

Do you mean a customer support button kind of thing?
I’m currently using LiveChatAI right now and it has this friendly button that opens up a chatbox for getting support.
I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for but since it has a super simple interface and no-code approach, I thought you might check it out.

According to the App review team, you just need to fill out the “Support” section upon submitting the app. Then the button will automatically appear once the app is published.
