How can I add a hover effect to display second image on products?

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for some help to be able to have a hoover effect when I hoover on the products, I want to be able to see the second picture on the computer and mobile version. Any help?

If you not comfortable to make edits in theme files then you can go with a developer or app
