I AM NEW CUSTOMER AND FIND IT REALLY FRUSTRATING AND DIFFICLULT NOTHING MAKES SENSE AND THE WEBSITES ARE BROKEN LOOPS I WANT A REAL HUMAN TO TALK/TEXT WITH NOT A FOURM PAGE WHERE IT TAKES DAYS FOR PEOPLE TO RESPOND
