How can I add a looping video to my website banner?

Hello everyone!

I would like a simple 9sec video to play on repeat as a banner on my website. However, I cannot figure how to add this. The only type of a video I can add is from YouTube and has their branding on it. I would like this to appear as a regular banner.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
