I was making a donation website at Shopify and got the idea of adding a meal calculator form like this https://sharethemeal.org/donate?campaign=ukraine1. Is there any way I can add this?
Any help would be highly appreciated. I have already tried donorbox. It does not have the option of creating a form like this.
