as per documentation for offsite payment gateway, the app extension is compulsory so i didn’t found one.
how can i add one please guide me.

You need to apply firstly to become Payment partner of Shopify. After you’re approved, you can access to Payment extension. refer https://shopify.dev/apps/payments#payments-partner-application-review
