How can I add a mouse hover box to account and cart icons?

Hi there,

I’m new to Shopify and could not figure out how to put a mouse hover box for the My Account and Cart icons (I’m using the Debut theme). My site is not in English so I’d have to able to put in the information in another language.

Any assistance would be highly appreciated!

Yes you can add hover effect to show the description of cart and my account.
