Looks like you are using the Narrative theme. I do not believe there is an option for that type of navigation bar built into the theme, therefore your options are to custom code one, or hire someone to do that. Or you could change you theme to one that supports this style out of the box.

Yes @Knguyens , As per your requirement, you need a custom codded navigation bar.
