How can I add a non-YouTube video to my Dawn theme homepage?

I’m using the dawn theme and would like to add video to my homepage that isn’t linked to youtube, vimeo or any external source. I tried to follow steps from a video on it but I’m having trouble uploading the video on the backend to the files section. Would love some help thanks.

Hey @GemPages I watched the video and followed the steps. Not sure where I went wrong but the size of the video is not fitting on my page. It’s too big.
