How can I add a note under the Shipping Method for international buyers?

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out how to add a message under Shipping Method for International Buyers, like this:

Is this possible? I’m using the Kingdom theme and currently on Shopify Basic.

Any help would be appreciated :slightly_smiling_face:

do you have Shopify plus plan? because Shopify basic plan doesn’t allow to checkout page customization
