How can I add a pattern design as a background on my website?

Hello everyone,

I hope someone can assist me with my query.

I would like to add a pattern design (.png) as a background behind the various elements of my website’s Home Page (banner, collections etc.) and other pages too. Also, I’d like to play around with the transparency and dimensions (I guess it’ll need to duplicate and stay in place when scrolling).

Is there a piece of coding I could be using?

I use the latest version of Pipeline and the website is www.bebbybyes.co.

Here’s the .png design:
