How can I add a persistent banner to my website, excluding the products page?

Hi. I am trying to optimize my website https://qualityvapes.ca/ and want to add a banner on my website that will continue to appear on every page and URL except the Products page. I am using the free theme. Please can someone guide me on how can i pursue this ? Please note that I know wordpress and i am good in it. Want to do this here on my Shopify website .

Is there anyone else who is same as me ? Kindly give your input or any leads that can help me implement this on the website .
