How can I add a personalisation field to my product before adding to the cart?

Hi,

I run a personalised prints and gifts shop- I am wondering if there is any way of adding on a personalisation required field on the product before they add to the cart? New to this so bare with me too- I may ask more questions. At the moment I have it in description to add personalisation in order notes- but people wanting to order more than one item, it can get a little confusing.

Any help appreciated!
