How can I add a photo under the add to cart button on a 2.0 theme?

Hi, I would like to add a photo under the add to cart button. How to do that? I’m running on 2.0 theme.

Hi @sangok420 ,

Thanks for reaching out! That is a great question.

What theme are you using? Also, do you have an example of what kind of photo you need to add below Add To Cart button? Let me know if you are referring to the trust badges shown below that will appear on every product page.

If so, you can check these free apps that allow you to showcase trust badges. They say it is just a two-minute setup with no coding required. Apps are called Trust Me ‑ Trust Badges & Icon and Ultimate Trust Badges.

Let me know what you think!

By the way, I don’t know if you have anything planned for BFCM this year, but now is the time to make some preparations. BFCM is one of the biggest sales weekends of the year and sees the start of the holiday season as well. Every year my go-to is this BFCM Checklist. It allows me to make sure that I am making the best use of my time and resources and it really helps take the pressure off by starting early. It is well worth the read should you be interested!

I’m using Stiletto theme and there is no block in “Product overview” to upload a photo. I would like to have that photo on every product page. I assume I would need to paste some code with the file link.

Hi @sangok420 ,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Stiletto is a great theme, and luckily, it has an image block within the product page by default. So, no need to edit the code for this customization.

You can check that if you head to your Online Store within admin and click Themes. Then, on the published theme, click Customize. As shown in the screenshot below, select Products at the top center drop-down menu. Click on Default Page.

You’ll see the current sections and blocks for the product page on the left-hand sidebar. You want to add a new block called Image. Click Save.

Notice how you can adjust the image size, position, and alignment on the right-hand sidebar. Don’t forget you can change the entire block position by the hold, drag, and drop method. When added, the block is always at the bottom of the list, and you can place it wherever you want.

Let me know if you can see these options in your Stilleto theme. Also, what kind of photo do you want to add to every product?
