How can I add a pickup location dropdown to the cart in Dawn theme?

Hi Guys! I’m trying to add a dropdown in the cart to ask the clients in which place they want to pick up the product.

I need this to be added as Order note, but I can’t do it.

The problem here is that the information collected in the dropdown it's not registered in the Note Field, neither in Attributes nor aditional details.

I don't know it there is something that I'm missing or what can I do.

Important: I cant use an app to solve this, as all my shipping is handled by a thirdparty and I have all the stock in one place, so the thirdparty sends the product to the place the user chooses.
