I sell Pre-Order items and In Stock items simultaneously. If a customer adds both types of items to their cart, I would like to add a message that says: “Your order will not ship until the Pre-Order item is made. If you would like your In Stock items to be delivered before then, please make two separate orders: one for the pre-order item and one for the in stock item.”
It can either be a conditional pop up message that appears when both items are in the cart or an added text at the bottom of the line items. I am hoping that this would be doable through code. I am trying to avoid purchasing an app since I only need this one message.
