How can I add a privacy policy checkbox to my checkout page?

I’d like to add a checkbox add check box about privacy policy in Checkout first page, like this effect.

The checkbox Save this information for the next time is the default one and I want to add a new one like highlighted.

I have read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Is there any easy way to achieve this?

I’m right there with you, Anthan. For us, I’d also like it to NOT require Shopify Plus.
